Hello,
I'm Kevin Bahamondez, a wedding photographer based in Buenos Aires. I picked up a camera seriously in 2012 and I haven't stopped telling stories with it since.
I come from filmmaking. I founded Brakesa Studios and our short films won Best Director and Best Screenplay at the Akar Producciones short film competition. That's where my obsession with light, framing and the perfect moment comes from.
At a wedding I'm not directing a film: I'm there alongside you. I love it when you forget about the camera, laugh, get emotional, dance, and I'm there to keep what truly happens. I look for natural, emotional photos that will still feel current twenty years from now.
Choosing who will photograph your wedding means choosing someone who will be by your side all day. I'd love for it to be me.

Philosophy
How I see a wedding

Natural
No endless posing. I give you a couple of prompts and let things happen: the best photos almost always come in between one prompt and the next.

Emotional
I watch the people, not just the couple: the grandmother in tears, the friend who won't stop dancing, the hand squeezed during the ceremony.

Timeless
Clean editing, true-to-life colors and black and white when the photo calls for it. Photos that aren't tied to a trend.
